— ASJ is headquartered in NingJin County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, CHINA with corporate office around Europe.
2. How long does it take to delivery my equipment?
— You can expect to delivery your equipment from factory in 20 days and get them assembled in your room of choice in about 40 days. However, this can vany depending upon your location, availability for assembly, weather conditions and holidays.
3. Where can I get parts for my ASJequipment?
— You are able to purchase parts for your ASJ Equipment by email us. Please have the serial number of the equipment available at the time of purchasing parts.
4. Where do I find warranty information?
— A Limited Warranty statement is included with each piece of equipment. If you have lost your Owner’s Manual, you can find information on your warranty here. If you purchased from a ASJ Authorized Dealer retail store or a retail Dealer’s website, contact the Dealer to review the warranty status of your ASJ equipment. Or you can contact ASJ sales Representative directlry at anytime. You will need to have the serial number of your unit available.
